We ship all orders across India via trusted courier partners. We strive to deliver your orders safely and within the estimated timelines.
Shipping Overview
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances or verification requirements.

You receive a confirmation email with your order details and invoice.
Processing
Your order is carefully packed and prepared for dispatch.
Confirmed
Order confirmed and handed to our logistics partner, Shiprocket.
Shipped
You receive a shipping confirmation with AWB tracking number via email.
Out for Delivery
The courier partner attempts delivery. Ensure someone is available.
Delivered
Your order is delivered. Please inspect the package before signing.

- Exact shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order weight
- COD orders attract a handling charge of 1% of the order subtotal plus 18% GST on that charge. This fee is non-refundable on cancellations or returns.
- Customers who refuse COD orders at delivery may be restricted from placing future COD orders
- Bulk orders are shipped at negotiated rates - contact us for a quote
- Shipping charges, once applied, are non-refundable except in cases where the order is not delivered due to our error.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability is determined by our courier partners at the time of checkout.
- Most metro, tier 2, and tier 3 cities are covered with standard delivery
- Some remote pin codes (North-East India, Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) may have limited service
- If your pin code is not serviceable, you'll be notified at checkout
- We do not currently offer international shipping
- PO Boxes and addresses without a valid phone number cannot be delivered to
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to locations that are deemed non-serviceable by our logistics partners.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it in real time:
- A tracking number and courier name will be shared via email and SMS upon dispatch
- Use our Track Order page for real-time updates
- Alternatively, track directly on the courier partner's website using the AWB number
- Tracking updates may take 12-24 hours to appear after dispatch
- Tracking updates are dependent on courier systems and may be delayed in some cases.
Failed Deliveries & RTO
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us (Return to Origin - RTO).
- Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
Delays & Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:
- High volume periods (festivals, sales events)
- Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters
- Strikes or courier partner disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Failed delivery attempts (no one available to receive)
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve promptly.
If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee delivery timelines. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Statue Art Gallery shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or events beyond our control.
Delivery shall be deemed complete when the shipment is marked as delivered by the courier partner at the address provided. In such cases, customers must raise disputes within 48 hours.
