Return Overview

We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from your delivery confirmation date for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed.

Quick Tip: Keep your original packaging for at least 7 days after receiving your order, in case you need to return it.

Eligible Items

The following items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery:

  • Items that are unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Products received in a defective or damaged condition
  • Items that are significantly different from their description or photos
  • Incorrect products delivered (wrong item, wrong variant)
  • Items with missing parts or accessories as listed

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, altered, or washed
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Digital products or downloadable content
Handcrafted Variation: Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade products - not defects - and are not grounds for return.

Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Email info@statueartgallery.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, also include your UPI ID or bank account details for the refund.

Await Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and confirm eligibility.

Pack the Item Securely

Use the original packaging. Ensure the item is safely packed to prevent damage in transit.

Ship the Item

For approved returns, ship the item to our address. We arrange pickup for damaged/wrong items at no cost.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, we inspect the item within 2-3 days and process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund method depends on the original payment method:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • COD handling fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timelines begin after inspection is complete, not from the return date
Your refund status will only become visible once we confirm that your item has been received at our warehouse. You will be notified by email at each step.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product or variant, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

Damaged / Wrong Items

We take great care in packing every order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Photograph the item and packaging before opening fully
  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
  • Do not discard the packaging - it helps us raise a claim with the courier
Important: Claims for damaged or wrong items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window may not be accepted.
