Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if they are in Processing or Confirmed status and have not yet been shipped.

Cancellation Overview

Cancellations are accepted while your order is in Processing or Confirmed status. Once your order moves to Shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once an order enters the dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled. If you've already received the order and wish to return it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Window

The cancellation eligibility depends on the current status of your order:

Processing

Cancellable

Your order can be cancelled. Go to My Orders and request cancellation, or contact us.

Confirmed

Cancellable

Your order can still be cancelled. Contact us immediately before it moves to shipping.

Shipped / In Transit

Not Cancellable

Cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return within 7 days after delivery.

Delivered

Not Cancellable

Cancellation not applicable. Please use our Return & Refund Policy instead.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order as quickly as possible:

  • Call us immediately at +91 90014 33375 (fastest method)
  • Or email info@statueartgallery.com with subject "Cancel Order - [Order ID]"
  • Provide your Order ID, registered email, and reason for cancellation
  • We'll confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund (if prepaid) within 24 hours
Act Fast: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance of successful cancellation. Calling is faster than emailing.
If your payment window closed before completion, your order will appear as abandoned. You can retry payment directly from My Orders.

Exceptions

The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched
  • Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products
  • Orders placed under special flash sales or clearance events (unless defective)
  • Bulk / corporate orders after the order confirmation has been signed
For customised orders, please review your requirements carefully before confirming. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellation Refunds

For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is issued to the original payment method:

Shipping charges (if any were collected) are fully refunded for cancellations before dispatch.

The COD handling fee (if applicable) is non-refundable even on cancellation.
