Orders
5Browse our catalogue, select your product, choose quantity and any available variants, then click "Add to Cart". Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment via Razorpay. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Orders can be cancelled while they are in Processing or Confirmed status. Once moved to Shipped, cancellation is not possible. Visit My Orders to request a cancellation or contact us directly.
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and details within a few minutes of placing the order. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Yes! We offer special pricing and customisation for bulk and corporate orders. Please visit our Bulk / Corporate Orders page or contact us directly for a custom quote.
Currently, we ship only within India. We are working on expanding to international shipping - stay tuned for updates.
Shipping
6Delivery typically takes 3-14 business days depending on your location. Metro cities receive orders in 3-5 days, Tier 2 cities in 5-7 days, smaller towns in 7-10 days, and remote areas like North-East India up to 14 days.
Yes - orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping across India. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat ₹150 shipping charge applies (shown at checkout).
We ship via Shiprocket, which partners with multiple courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and others depending on your pin code and availability.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an AWB tracking number via email. You can track your shipment on our Track Order page or directly on the courier partner's website.
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate and update you as soon as possible (typically within 24-48 hours).
Yes, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand periods. While we aim for timely delivery, such delays are sometimes unavoidable.
Returns
6We offer a 7-day return window from your delivery confirmation date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are processed after inspection and approval. Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return.
Email us at info@statueartgallery.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item. If you paid via Cash on Delivery, also include your UPI ID or bank account details. Our team will review within 1-2 business days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we arrange a free pickup.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your refund status will only become visible once we confirm warehouse receipt. COD orders receive a manual bank transfer or UPI payment.
We sincerely apologise for this. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Yes, returns may be rejected if the item is used, damaged by the customer, or not in original packaging. Please ensure the item meets our return conditions before sending it back.

5We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay: UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Yes - a PDF invoice is automatically generated after payment confirmation and attached to your order confirmation email. You can also download it anytime from My Orders.
This can happen due to network issues. The amount is typically auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 business days. If not, please contact us with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.
Your order will appear as abandoned in My Orders. You can retry the same payment directly from there without needing to place a new order.

4Yes - every piece in our collection is hand-finished by skilled artisans from across India. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and expected.
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen calibration, photography lighting, and the natural characteristics of handcrafted materials.

Account
5Yes, creating an account is required to place orders. This allows us to manage your orders, send updates, and provide a better shopping experience.
Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and update your shipping address under the address section. You can also update it during checkout.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
To request account deletion, please email us at info@statueartgallery.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 business days.
Yes. You can view and manage all active sessions from your account settings. You can revoke individual sessions or log out of all devices at once. Changing your password automatically signs you out of all devices.
Order Issues
3If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us with your order number. We will coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please check with neighbours or security first. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier partner.
